GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION (GTC)

🇨🇿 VŠEOBECNÉ OBCHODNÍ A ÚČASTNICKÉ PODMÍNKY (VOP)

Soutěžní okruh TMD CHAMPIONSHIP

1. 📋 Úvodní ustanovení a smluvní strany

1.1. Hlavním vyhlasovatelem a odborným garantem mezinárodního soutěžního okruhu TMD CHAMPIONSHIP je spolek TMD WORLD DANCE FEDERATION, z.s. (zkráceně TWDF), IČO: 24595276 (dále jen "Vyhlasovatel").

1.2. Výhradním obchodním, finančním a provozním organizátorem (včetně vystavování faktur, inkasa startovních poplatků a smluvních vztahů) je obchodní společnost YZ s.r.o., IČO: 08690367 (dále jen "Organizátor").

1.3. Tyto VOP upravují smluvní vztah mezi Organizátorem a přihlášeným účastníkem (klubem, tanečníkem nebo jeho zákonným zástupcem).

2. 💳 Registrace, platby a startovní poplatky

2.1. Přihlášení na soutěže probíhá výhradně prostřednictvím oficiálního registračního systému na webu. Odesláním přihlášky účastník potvrzuje souhlas s těmito VOP a soutěžním řádem TWDF.

2.2. Přihláška je závazná. Účastník je povinen uhradit startovní poplatek na základě vystavené výzvy k úhradě / faktury od společnosti YZ s.r.o. ve lhůtě splatnosti.

2.3. Včasné neuhrazení startovného dává Organizátorovi právo přihlášku bez náhrady zrušit a uvolnit kapacitu jiným zájemcům.

3. ⚠️ Storno podmínky, zrušení a přesun akce

3.1. Zrušení účasti ze strany účastníka: Uhrazené startovní poplatky jsou nevratné. Při neúčasti tanečníka či celého klubu z jakýchkoliv důvodů na straně účastníka (nemoc, zranění, osobní důvody, změna plánů apod.) se startovné nevrací a neevidují se ani žádné náhradní vouchery.

3.2. Zrušení nebo přesun akce Organizátorem: Organizátor si vyhrazuje právo na změnu časového harmonogramu, místa konání, přesun termínu nebo zrušení akce z organizačních, kapacitních či vyšších mocí (vis major) vyvolaných důvodů.

3.3. Nárok na vrácení 100 % zaplaceného startovného (případně jeho převod na jiný termín) vzniká účastníkovi výhradně v případě, že soutěž zruší nebo přesune sám Organizátor.

3.4. Omezení odpovědnosti za nepřímé škody: Organizátor neodpovídá za sekundární, cestovní či ubytovací náklady účastníků (např. zakoupené letenky, jízdenky, rezervace ubytování apod.). Tyto náklady nesou účastníci plně na vlastní riziko.

4. 🏆 Pravidla soutěže, porota a protesty

4.1. Soutěž probíhá podle oficiálního Soutěžního řádu TWDF. Přihlášený vedoucí/klub odpovídá za správné zařazení tanečníků do věkových a výkonnostních kategorií.

4.2. Rozhodnutí poroty je konečné a nelze se proti němu odvolat.

4.3. Případný oficiální protest proti porušení soutěžního řádu (např. nedodržení věku) může podat pouze vedoucí klubu písemně u hlavního rozhodčího do 30 minut od nastalé skutečnosti, a to po složení vratné kauce ve výši 100 EUR / 2 500 Kč. V případě neoprávněného protestu kauce propadá ve prospěch Organizátora.

5. 🎵 Hudební podklady a autorská práva

5.1. Účastník / klub odpovídá za to, že k užitým hudebním podkladům ve svých choreografiích vlastní potřebná práva pro veřejné užití a že nahrávky dodal v požadovaném formátu a termínu podle propozic.

6. 🏥 Bezpečnost, škody na majetku a pojištění

6.1. Všichni účastníci se soutěže účastní na vlastní nebezpečí a odpovědnost (u nezletilých na odpovědnost zákonných zástupců či vedoucích kolektivu).

6.2. Organizátor nezajišťuje zdravotní ani úrazové pojištění účastníků a neodpovídá za zranění vzniklá během soutěže.

6.3. Organizátor neodpovídá za ztrátu, odcizení nebo poškození osobních věcí odložených v šatnách či v prostorách haly.

6.4. Účastníci jsou povinni dodržovat provozní řád sportovních hal. Jakoukoliv škodu způsobenou na zařízení haly nebo vybavení Organizátora je povinen v plné výši uhradit subjekt/klub, který škodu způsobil.

7. 📸 Pořizování fotografií, videozáznamů a GDPR

7.1. Odesláním přihlášky berou účastníci (a jejich zákonní zástupci) na vědomí, že v průběhu akce budou pořizovány fotografie, audio a videozáznamy pro účely dokumentace, propagace, živého vysílání (livestream) a prezentace soutěží TMD CHAMPIONSHIP na webu, sociálních sítích a v médiích.

Tyto podmínky nabývají účinnosti dne 6. 3. 2026 a platí pro všechny akce okruhu TMD Championship.

TMD CHAMPIONSHIP Competition Circuit

1. 📋 Introductory Provisions and Contracting Parties

1.1. The main announcer and expert guarantor of the international competition circuit TMD CHAMPIONSHIP is the association TMD WORLD DANCE FEDERATION, z.s. (abbreviated as TWDF), Reg. No. (IČO): 24595276(hereinafter referred to as the "Announcer").

1.2. The exclusive commercial, financial, and operational organizer (including invoicing, entry fee collection, and contractual relationships) is the company YZ s.r.o., Reg. No. (IČO): 08690367 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

1.3. These GTC govern the contractual relationship between the Organizer and the registered participant (club, dancer, or their legal guardian).

2. 💳 Registration, Payments, and Entry Fees

2.1. Registration for competitions takes place exclusively via the official registration system on the website. By submitting a registration, the participant confirms agreement with these GTC and the TWDF Competition Rules.

2.2. The registration is binding. The participant is obliged to pay the entry fee based on the issued payment request / invoice from YZ s.r.o. within the due date.

2.3. Failure to pay the entry fee on time gives the Organizer the right to cancel the registration without compensation and release the capacity to other interested parties.

3. ⚠️ Cancellation Policy, Event Cancellation, and Rescheduling

3.1. Cancellation by the Participant: Paid entry fees are strictly non-refundable. In the event of non-attendance by a dancer or an entire club for any reason on the participant's side (illness, injury, personal reasons, schedule changes, etc.), entry fees are not refunded, and no replacement vouchers are issued.

3.2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organizer: The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue, reschedule dates, or cancel an event due to organizational, capacity, or force majeure reasons.

3.3. Entitlement to a 100% refund of the paid entry fee (or its transfer to another date) arises exclusively if the competition is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organizer.

3.4. Limitation of Liability for Indirect Damages: The Organizer is not liable for secondary, travel, or accommodation costs incurred by participants (e.g., purchased flight tickets, train tickets, hotel bookings, etc.). These costs are borne entirely at the participants' own risk.

4. 🏆 Competition Rules, Adjudication, and Protests

4.1. The competition is conducted according to the official TWDF Competition Rules. The registered club/leader is responsible for the correct categorization of dancers into age and skill divisions.

4.2. The decision of the judging panel is final and non-appealable.

4.3. An official protest regarding a breach of competition rules (e.g., age non-compliance) may only be submitted in writing by the club leader to the Head Judge within 30 minutes of the occurrence, accompanied by a refundable deposit of EUR 100 / CZK 2,500. In the case of an unjustified protest, the deposit is forfeited in favor of the Organizer.

5. 🎵 Music Tracks and Copyrights

5.1. The participant / club is responsible for ensuring that they hold the necessary rights for public performance of the music tracks used in their routines, and that the audio files were submitted in the required format and by the deadline specified in the event guidelines.

6. 🏥 Safety, Property Damage, and Insurance

6.1. All participants take part in the competition at their own risk and responsibility (in the case of minors, under the responsibility of their legal guardians or club leaders).

6.2. The Organizer does not provide medical or accident insurance for participants and is not liable for injuries sustained during the competition.

6.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in changing rooms or venue premises.

6.4. Participants are required to comply with the venue rules. Any damage caused to the venue facilities or Organizer equipment must be fully reimbursed by the entity/club responsible.

7. 📸 Photography, Video Recording, and GDPR

7.1. By submitting a registration, participants (and their legal guardians) acknowledge that photos, audio, and video recordings will be taken during the event for documentation, promotional, live streaming, and presentation purposes of TMD CHAMPIONSHIP on the website, social media, and press media.

These terms and conditions come into effect on March 6, 2026, and apply to all events within the TMD Championship circuit.
